Physiokinetics is our onsite Physiotherapy clinic Here at Pinnacle Movement – Crossfit 536. The Physiotherapy clinic is headed up by Albert Kehoe, Co-Owner and Director of Pinnacle Movement – Crossfit 536. The Clinic specialises in the Treatment of sports injuries, and general injuries experienced by those of all ages.
The ethos of the clinic is to help people move pain free and help facilitate strong healthy bodies that allow us to move freely and enjoy life. We place a huge emphasis on educating clients how to exercise correctly in order to strengthen the body to aid in recovery and prevent further pain. Addressing the underlying cause of your problems is the key to successful rehabilitation. This begins with an accurate diagnosis and movement assessment, and follows on usually with some hands on therapy (if needed), and a tailored exercise rehabilitation plan aimed at correcting the cause of your problem.
There are currently 4 Physiotherapist’s and 1 Masseur involved at Physiokinetics.
Albert Kehoe is our head physiotherapist, and Director at Pinnacle movement-CrossFit 536. Albert has specialised in the area of sports injuries and movement correction. He uses his unique approach in rehabilitation when programming the training programs for Pinnacle movement CrossFit 536.
Maria Kehoe (Alberts wife) is an internationally recognised expert in Neurological rehabilitation, and has a PHD in exercise prescription. She has many published peer reviewed articles regarding exercise intervention for People with Multiple Sclerosis. Previously the course director for Physiotherapy at University of Limerick.
Eric Cullinane, A graduate from Trinity College, and keen sportsman. He has been with us for the last 12 months. Eric works with Blackrock RFC, Bective RFC, and Cabinteely AFC. He is based in the clinic at no.18 Merrion Square, Dublin 2
Howard Mc Donnell – Is a recent graduate of University Holland, and spent the his final year on site here at physiokinetics, where he excelled as a member of the team.
Sasha Dozic is our onsite Masseur. He is an excellent sports massuer, and comes highly recommended for his sports massage, and recovery massages. He also is available onsite in your place of work using the chair massage – a technique which means you can get a shoulder, neck and back massage at your desk in a special chair, with no need to undress or use oil. Great for those whom spend their working day sitting or driving.
