LET OUR TRAINED COACHES ASSESS YOUR FITNESS
- We complete a basic movement assessment and make a plan for addressing any issues that exist.
- We will discuss with you your options regarding our coaching services, and we will book a follow up appointment – your first step on your fitness journey.
JOIN A COACH-LED GROUP CLASSES
- Once you and your coach are satisfied, you will be introduced to group classes.
- Push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network that will help you on your continued journey to greater health and happiness, and success in achieving your health and fitness goals.
ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL COACHING
This is all about you. In your private coaching sessions, we take you through the basic functional movements that make up our DNA. We help restore natural human movement patterns such as pushing, pulling, lunging, squatting, bending, jumping, running etc. We teach you how to move loads, and lift weights in a safe and progressive way, and guide you through workouts of differing intensities. You will learn to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. This step prepares you for training in our coached group classes.
